It increases flexibility, tones your internal organs and creates stamina.
It helps lower blood pressure, reduce heart rate and ease insomnia and muscle aches and pains.
Yoga is good for your mind.
Ten minutes of relaxation at the end of each class calms the mind and rejuvenates the body.

Tuesday    7:00 p.m.  -  8:00  p.m.
Saturday  11:15 a.m.  - 12:15 p.m.


Classes are $8.00 per 1 hour session.
