It helps lower blood pressure, reduce heart rate and ease insomnia and muscle aches and pains.
Yoga is good for your mind.
Ten minutes of relaxation at the end of each class calms the mind and rejuvenates the body.

Class Descriptions:

Vini Yoga - Therapeutic, slower paced yoga with emphasis on breathing and form. Ten minutes of relaxation at the end of class. If you can walk to your mat, you can do this class!
Chair Yoga - Thirty minutes of stretching and breathing in your chair.
Core Ball Challenge - Thirty minutes of high energy core exercises on your fitness ball
